Today, I have the pleasure of reviewing the Celine Phantom. I have been lusting over this bag for years; when it arrived at my doorstop, I was like a kid at a candy store! I want to walk you through my entire experience with Bag Borrow or Steal, because it is such an incredible service – every fashionista should take advantage of it at least once!
From the start, you start browsing through the current selection – you can search by designers, handbags, or new arrivals (they have other products besides handbags). I usually search by designer and then you can filter what products are actually available or on loan. That way, you don’t look and fall in love with something that isn’t available! Once you find something that you’ll want for that month – you add to your cart and create an account. Once you go through the process of entering your personal information and payment method – you get your wonderful designer handbag for the month! It usually takes a couple days to arrive (not more than 4-5 days). The condition of all these handbags is amazing. Seriously, they look brand new (they also arrive with a dust bag). I would recommend keeping the box that the bag came in, that way you don’t have to purchase another one when you’ll have to ship it back. When it comes time to say your goodbyes, you’ll log in back into your account & request a return label. All I did for the first month (when I had the Chanel), I brought the box and return label to a local UPS and they packaged everything for me – obviously, I made sure to take the receipt. Once UPS scans it – your account updates the return and you won’t be charged for the next month!
I chose to style the fuchsia handbag with a simple black and white look, to let the pink pop. The top is super cute & only $12 (I would recommend sizing up as it runs super small and does not stretch). Also, I recently received these DSTLD distressed jeans and am OBSESSED!!! I love the distressed look and have been looking for a black pair for a while. They fit like a glove and are stretchy so they hug your body nicely (I also have a pair in light gray!) I hope that my little review helped those who have been contemplating using the service, please feel free to email me if you have any questions!
I hope you have a great day – thanks for reading!
